RICHARD BECK
Richard was previously the General Manager (Entertainment & Music Divisions) at RCM in Australia working across all areas of the company, namely: RCM Artist Management, Standard Records, Standard Music Publishing and the newly created indie label, Illicit records. He also worked extensively on the first series of 'X Factor' in Australia. Richard returned to the UK in 2006 to concentrate again on artist management and to set up a successful live music concerts business.
ADRIAN MARCHESANI
Prior to Joining The Ralph Carr group Adrian started up a dance label, Sirius Music, licensing Australian dance music to Europe. Bands including the trailblazing Quench were brought to life during this period.
Adrian started with the Ralph Carr Group in the late nineties and has been involved with all aspects of the various businesses since then. When he began he worked primarily in the Publishing division, Standard Music Publishing. Adrian was elected to the board of Australian Music Publishers Association, Australia's peak music publishing body. He recently left this post after being re elected twice. Adrian has been working closely with Ralph in all facets of the RCM creative village which includes Artist Management , Music Publishing, Recording , Licensing, Marketing, Synchronisation, Sponsorships, Brand Alliance and Business Affairs. "The business side is sometimes overlooked but it is the engine room of the creative." Adrian also works in the Sports Management arm and is an accredited AFL player agent. Adrian has also spent time during his work at Ralph Carr Management to work at Victoria University as coordinator of the Music Business program, completing a Masters of Comparative Commercial Law.
