RCM Screen Talent is a boutique agency representing elite talent. Representing a carefully selected few, the agency focuses on maximising their careers. In partnership with Peter Kalos, one of Australia’s elite acting mentors, RCM Screen Talent is looking to produce the next wave of Australia’s great talent for the world stage.

PETER KALOS

Peter Kalos has studied acting in Los Angeles for over 20 years with people such as Stella Adler, and at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute with teachers like Barry Primus, Mark Marno, Hedi Sontag, Doug Dirkson and Anna Strasberg, Suzan Peretz, Dominic DeFazio, and Sharron Chatten.

Peter also branched out into writing and has worked as a script doctor for many years in Hollywood – working with such producers as Jason Shuman (Role Models, Darkness Falls) Joe Wolf (Halloween, Nightmare on Elm St) and Stratton Leopold (Mission Impossible / Star Trek).  He has also worked as a ghost writer for various movies of the week for the Lifestyles cable channel in Los Angeles and has worked closely as a writer with actor / director Barry Primus.   Peter still continues to write his own screenplays.

Here in Melbourne he founded the Melbourne Actor’s Lab which is known to produce top quality actors some of which have gone on to receive AACTA and Logie nominations and many of his actors are out there working.

He has also directed several plays at the Alex Theatre in St Kilda and is known to be an ‘actor’s director’.

SAMANTHA RICHES

Samantha has cultivated a wealth of knowledge & an abundance of experience in the wide world of Sport & Entertainment

Samantha Riches, A TV Presenter & event host hailing from sunny Perth, has endured the colder climate of Melbourne in the pursuit of tackling her dream career. For the last ten years She has gone from strength to strength, achieving numerous goals whilst living in Australia's premier sporting event city.

For the past 7 years Samantha has cultivated a wealth of knowledge & an abundance of experience in the wide world of Sport & Entertainment. Over the years working across all types of live events, from all codes of football to children's holiday events to corporate functions, Samantha has become well accustomed to the microphone & a crowd.

Apart from on field antics & getting crowds excited at events extending from rugby league, AFL & the WWE up to the biggest events this country has on offer such as the Australian open & the formula one, Samantha can also be found tackling hard hitting questions at the desk of MMA Takedown or on the couch with the best of the best in the AFL's live shows of "an evening with"

Her infectious personality & flair for working big crowds allowed Samantha to secure herself a spot on the MC team at the Commonwealth Games on the Gold Coast & also present to 100,000 people at the Dubai Rugby 7s tournament numerous times as well as other international jobs across Asia.

When not standing in front of a camera entertaining the masses, Samantha is an inspiration to the multitude of children she spends her week nights teaching to be ninjas in her Acrobatics & dance classes. With a strong passion for the environment Samantha is currently working on a number of projects to decrease our plastic waste & loves nothing more than spending time adventuring & exploring the outdoors.
